About the member
I was born in Hamilton, Ontario and studied at Sheridan College, The Dundas Valley School of Art, and the Royal Conservatory for Fine Arts, Art History, Design and Arts Education. I teach art, but find I learn more from the students I'm privileged enough to teach if anything. I know I'll always need to grow and change as an artist, if not a person in general. This work is more process oriented than anything. The series itself is called "Hypnagogia" - Hypnagogia is the clinical term for a hallucination one experiences during sleep and awake. Though most of them are portraits, one or more messages are included in all of them. Artsetter looks like a fun way of getting your work out there and having the chance to learn from other contemporary artists. The site itself is crisp, easy to navigate and is inviting. My goal is simply to show and learn. I believe this site has the ability to both, and it would be an honour to show work within its space.
