From the Lord of the ring, to Babel, Benjamin Button... I am a big fan of Cate Blanchett. I love the sensibility she puts in her characters. There is necessary a part of her. She is strong and fragile, deep and makes me laugh. She is life. My favorite scene is maybe in Bandits, when she sings in her kitchen. She feels so much alone.
